Beautiful skin starts with a banana smoothie!

RAW VANILLA BANANA SMOOTHIE

Green smoothies? Yuck!! Is the general reaction. Health and beauty starts from the inside and works it’s way outside. Green’s can be a bit scary to chug it in , but there lies the art to make the drink sweet, smooth and addictive. Here is my first recipe for you , which would keep you full, satisfied and cleanse your system from built-up toxins. Looking great isn’t always about beautiful makeup 😉

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

1 cup Almond milk

1 Ripe Banana

6-7 Honey Dates

1 Vanilla bean

1 Tbsp Coconut oil

2 cups Spinach

WHAT DO YOU DO?

Blend all of the above and serve.

BENEFITS

This drink is high in Potassium , Magnesium, iron, anti-oxidants ,anti-inflammatory and is high in carbohydrate and protein.

A great post- workout drink!
