Nestled between towering mountains in the beautiful Cape wine lands lies the beautiful Franschhoek Valley. This is the place where Lauren and Phil got married on January 7th, 2012. The couple said there vows in the 1847 Dutch Reformed Church in the town center followed by their reception
at Vrede En Lust vineyard. Their wedding was truly elegant and beautiful. Lauren is a stunning looking girl to begin with and she wanted a makeup looking that was natural and soft yet alluring. I used airbrush foundation to give her that flawless finish followed by a soft flushed cheek and pinky lip. I used lots of warm bronzy and metallic colored eye shadows to give her a unique yet bridal look. For her hair, we decided on an up-do with volume, intricate design and of course lots of texture. She really looked truly breath-taking!
